By creating an account or using Avatid, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced in them. If you use Avatid for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization.

Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the law says otherwise.

Avatid helps customers discover and connect with independent businesses and professionals. Unless explicitly stated, providers—not Avatid—deliver and remain responsible for their services, descriptions, pricing, availability, and legal obligations.

Prices, cancellation terms, deposits, refunds, and availability should be shown before confirmation. Additional payment-provider terms may apply. Users and providers must honor confirmed commitments and applicable consumer laws.

Do not misuse Avatid, impersonate others, submit unlawful or misleading content, interfere with security, scrape the platform, introduce harmful code, harass people, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.

You keep ownership of content you provide and grant Avatid the limited rights needed to host, display, process, and distribute it for operating the service. Feedback may be used to improve Avatid without restriction.

You may stop using Avatid at any time. We may restrict or end access where necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse, or enforce these terms. Provisions that logically survive termination remain effective.

Avatid is provided with reasonable care, but availability and third-party services cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to losses that are a foreseeable result of failing to meet our obligations.
